I know I skipped day 41 but will get back to that day in my next post....this is just a quickie as I gotta finish getting ready for work.
When I had popcorn a couple days ago, the next morning I had gained 0.8 lbs so my popcorn theory went out the door real fast.
This am, after being super good yesterday, the scale said I'm down 1.2 lbs since yesterday so that means I'm 0.7 lbs away from a 30 lb loss!!! Wowzers batman!! Not in my whole life did I think that would ever happen without surgery! HA, proved myself wrong and that is a good feeling! This weightloss journey has been surreal.
