My Domestic-ability

 Sundried tomato & rosemary bread.

 Cheeseburger pizza (breadmaker dough, ground beef/garlic, onions and bacon)

 Then mozza and cheddar.

Baked to a very filling perfection.  Two thin slices did it for me.

Me and My Baby

This is the 2nd webcam pic I took in the last 10 min but lost the first one.  It was of Loomis on my chest, under my chin while I was working on the computer...could barely see my face cause of her fluffy fir.  So above is 'take 2'.   I had to tap the computer to get her to look up.  She's aware of cameras and doesn't seem to like them, she'd rather look away or have her eyes closed so consider this one a rare 'open eyed' shot.

My Injury

It was a bit more than superficial....I saw some subcutaneous layers too.  Kinda cool.

Me with stitched up left pointer finger and carpal tunnel in right wrist.  A true bonefied gymp.

10 days ago I was trying to hem some scrub pants and the scissors sliced my finger rather than cut into the fabric...I know, how do you slice fingers rather than fabric?  It happens, believe me. 

I figure I probably could've transfused a small person with the amount of red liquid coming out of me. haha.  So off to the ER I went, against mom's thoughts, and I ended up with 4 stitches.  I met 2 resident doctors who's med orders I have entered into the computer at work....reason I say that is it's interesting to put a face to the handwriting and sometimes, horrible handwriting it is too.  Anyways, I was in and out in 2 hrs and I think that's pretty good considering it was a full moon and the ER was super quiet.  Odd.

My stitches came out today.  Unfortunately I didn't take a pic of the stiches but was meaning too.  I have lost some sensation on the right inside of finger tip.  Doctor says will take about 1 year for full sensation to reappear, and if it doesn't then it won't.  No major loss.

My New 'Do'

Got my monthly salon visit done with tonite.  I get my roots done and a cut/trim...depending on my mood.  Well tonite without any pre-decided decisions, I chose a picture out of the hair magazine and said 'let's do this....a bit longer but the same idea'.  So we did.  It's about 2" shorter and now with lots of choppy layers. 

I also have had a chunk of red in my hair since last summer and I've changed the red hue a couple times (it fades fast).  We went red/purple this time and the 'chunk' is placed a bit different this time. 

I like this style and hope to replicate it tomorrow when I style it before work!

My SCENTSY Fascination

I purchased these items thru a Scentsy rep in town. I had a basket party with co-workers and the perks I got from the gross sales I made was very good. I received the flower (ashbury) premium full-size warmer, the brown (taro) plug in and blue (wonky) plug ins for free along with scents as well.

The green plug in is in my room with sunkissed citrus warming in it, the flower ashbury (rec room) has raspberry vanilla warming, the hattaras warmer (kitchen) has tingelo, the chisel (laundry/cat litter room) has cinnamon bear warming.

Mom has the brown (taro) plug in in her bathroom with coconut lemongrass and the blue (wonky) is in the main bathroom with tingelo as well.

A Snowy First day of Spring

And oh! It's my birthday too!

It's been such a long time since I blogged.  I check in once in a while but don't have the want to blog much anymore.   I don't know how many readers there are of my blog but facebook is where it seems to be happening and where things are mainly recorded.  I received 38 happy birthday wishes on FB today!  Feels nice to be thought about.

This is the snow I referred to but was taken yesterday, looked the same this am anyways.
