Driving range.

There's my fausha (father) swinging away. He loves the roundhouse technique. Usually does him well.

Here is Caitlin (sister). It's her 21st b'day today. We went to the driving range for her b'day.

Goodbye Lori

Lori (middle) is the admin assistant at the hospital I work at. She's moving to Saskatchewan. I'll miss her dearly. She has been like a 2nd mom to me.

Road to Smithers

A real bear!! The first one I've seen this spring. Now that the snow is finally gone the wildlife comes out...and eats. These deer were quite close to the road but soon ran off.

This was on the way back into Burns Lake. Had to be the geek on the side of the street!

My Vacation 2007

This is D-Block at Alcatraz. On the bottom are 6 isolation cells aka the "HOLE". If you were in isolation you'd be in there 24 hours/day for up to 29 days, I believe. The cell was pitch black and you were fed water and bread 2x/day and there was a hole in the floor for the toilet. The other cells were for the unruly inmates. This was also called the "Treatment Unit". This block wasn't a 5 star rating by any means.
This is a picture of the Winchester Mystery house. It's in San Jose. Mrs. Winchester had this house built on 24/7 for 38 years to confuse the ghosts she believed haunted her. This house had an interesting history worth looking up!
Here is some interesting and amazing facts about the Golden Gate bridge. Under the sign is part of a cable cut to show you the inside of it as well as the massive size diameter.

Here is the cable car that took us up to Lombard street. The car, in the picture, is being turned around on the turn table, at the end of the line, by the drivers. This was a fun adventure. There are 2 guys that drive it, one in the front and one at the back and they use levers and bells and morse code to communicate and drive it. Quite different.

We drove by the Google Headquarters. It wasn't as spectacular outside as I'm sure it is inside. I thought that since I'm a bit of a computer geek I should tune in with the ultimate "geekness".

This is the one place I've always wanted to be at. Can you see that I'm playing the part?? At this prison they allow you to have a friend in with you. Ohhhh the privaleges!! I'll have to recommend this place to all my friends....maybe even my foes!! bwahahaha

My Vacation 2007

This is Brittany and Hillary. I went to San Carlos to visit Hillary (high school buddy).

These cars were parked half on and half off of the sidewalks on this busy 4 or 6 lane street.
This is definately NOT allowed in BC.


Here is Alcatraz fairly early in the morning. We were at the Golden Gate Bridge and able to get this great view. I think it adds to the "eerieness" of The Rock.
